For a couple years now, every time I would embark on a backpacking trip, obstacle course race, or anything that demanded heavy impact on my legs, I have constantly dealt with a flair up with my knee. They had videos to show you correct form and the Train Heroic app tracked your progress. All in all this is a great program that helps you build strength. At the end of the 4 weeks I definitely felt stronger and it showed in my timed mile. I highly recommend it.
